The Deaf Job Readiness program prepares job seekers for successful employment in the community. Unique to this program is instruction in the native language of the participants, American Sign Language which is presented by a Deaf instructor. The culture and conventions within the learning evironment are, therefore, appropriate to the participants, and learning is significantly enhanced.

Access to our centers for assistance with applying and interviewing for jobs. Free computer use, high-speed Internet, printing, scanning, and faxing in a professional business environment.

Job Club

Help with job search skills, interview skills and résumé writing. Class taught by a credentialed Employment Specialist.

Onsite hiring events at Job Finders with local employers.
